This was our second time staying at the Waterloo apartment and everything was just as wonderful as we remembered. It feels just like home away from home and we can't recommend this place highly enough. We will absolutely be back.

I didn't actually meet Geri, but she was very responsive to e-mail messages, and gave me excellent instructions on how to access the property. The photos were very accurate. The space was clean, pleasant and quiet, within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and the beach. The bed was really comfortable!

This apartment is a fantastic find. It has a wonderful layout and the way Geri has decorated it has made it feel just like home. The balcony is incredibly private and is a great place to have breakfast. And it's just a short walk from the center of St. Kilda and all the lovely bars and restaurants, the beach and botanical garden. And if that isn't enough, trams to the rest of the city are just a 5 minute walk away. Geri was a wonderful host who responded very quickly and helped us out very much. We had to change the reservation twice (once because I didn't know how to do math and once because our flight canceled) and Geri helped us figure out how to do it and responded to our request right away. I will absolutely look to book this place again the next time I'm in St. Kilda/Melbourne.

Located right off Barkly St, it was super easy to walk to the beach (dog beach available at St. Kilda west) and next to some great restaurants! Geri was easy to work with and our check-in/out went smoothly. House was nicely decorated and clean. The upstairs was very warm but thankfully there's a air conditioner. The sheets were kind of old and were not very nice, but nothing that couldn't be fixed with some new items from ikea at the very least. We brought our dog and he did well. We did not opt for wifi since the rate was fairly high. It would have been a lovely option (around $45/week or something) since I only had an international phone and no roaming. This fee should have been explained during the inquiry process since I only got the notice a week before and I was already traveling with no service. There was also an additional cash fee for pet cleaning. We paid it without questioning because it's otherwise be a hassle, but this should be included to start. Overall pretty good experience.
