As well as the 2 double bedrooms that comfortably sleep 4 guests there is a well equipped kitchen with all mod cons (dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer), a comfortable living room with plenty of room for seating 4 and dining for 4, and a bright, fresh bathroom. Please note we are on the 3rd floor of a traditional Edinburgh building, so sorry no lift/elevator!
