The street is calm, lush. Across Fort-Tryon Park and A Express train stop. Two blocks from 1 Train. The apartment is clean and cozy. Supermarkets, hospital, Police precinct and post office nearby. Laundry in the basement. A great place to stay.
I like the space: The apartment is 675 sq-ft. In a nice and well maintained building adjacent to Fort-Tryon Park and 1 minute away from the subway. I like fresh air, so there are windows in every room, including bathroom and kitchen. It's also calm, I mean cozy, clean and safe and friendly neighbors too. I often share diner with my neighbors. I know most of them. They will greet you kindly when you meet them in the hallway.
Every room of the apartment not the closets in the corridors outside of the room. The guest must feel comfortable and just make sure to always keep it clean.
In the kitchen and living room probably, however not much, unless the guest wants to join me in my many activities through 'Gotham' but I will always be available if there is any question.
When you cross Broadway to go to the other side of the neighborhood for example Yeshiva University. The neighborhood offers another view: You have great "Latinos restaurants " that offer flavors of the Caribbean islands and Latina America.
Be comfortable and be respectful ! I mean cleaning after oneself. Hair, papers... in the bathroom and rooms and put what needs to be in the trash or garbage can (bathroom, room, kitchen). Not eat or drink in the bedroom. I have an eat-in kitchen available to you at anytime. Should you damage anything in my apartment, please inform me immediately. Please I would appreciate that you do not bring guests in my home or at least inform me that someone comes to pick you up, I have no problem with that. Thank you for your understanding.

Smiling and adventurous chiks seeing herself as a citizen of the world. Lived in Europe, Africa and America. I really like to live in NYC, I love people and the opportunities offered by this city: professionally, humanly and culturally.
There is so much to do and see in the city that never sleeps.
Welcome to my home, it's a really nice place to stay. If you like the city, nature and parks and like to have transportation 24/24 hours nearby. That's where you should be and book.
I am looking forward to meeting with you.
