Carefully upgraded, newly furnished and meticulously maintained 4 bedroom 3 bath in a quiet neighborhood. Huge kitchen, Salt water pool, built-in spa, Weber BBQ with piped in gas, lush private back garden and very large shade patio. Tesla charger. 3 night minimum during Oct-May but please inquire if you are interested in mid-week days as Via Miraleste's calendar does have some flexibility.

Staying at Via Miraleste is just like staying at your own private resort. Utterly private and relaxing, great common spaces but also lots of little places to enjoy some alone time. Bedrooms are large and well-spaced for privacy. Plenty of seating and dining areas both inside and outdoors in full sun or shade. Pool heat is included in the rate.

I will not be present during guests' stays but usually am very happy to show guests how everything works to make sure they understand the alarm system, sound system, pool and spa heat, barbecue, etc. After check in, I am very reachable by call or text.

No smoking.
Children and babies are guests. This property accommodates 8 guests.
One pet may be considered, please ask BEFORE a reservation is made.

I expect guests to be respectful of the property and my neighbors. Palm Springs quiet time is between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
1.Smoking is NOT allowed in the property.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3.Via Miraleste is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4.GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: Palm Springs Noise Ordinance
a.This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a noise ordinance that is strictly enforced by the local police as well as our Via Palm Springs property management team. All guests are required to maintain reasonable and respectful low noise levels - especially outdoors and in evening hours - in consideration of our neighbors. Violation will result in City fines or loss of lease.
b.Any unreasonable noise disturbances resulting in a call to our office from a neighbor, a visit by either the police or our office can result in a minimum $250 charge.
c.Any Loud or Large Party or over-occupancy of home is strictly prohibited - and will result in immediate loss of lease and forfeiture of security deposit. Daytime and overnight occupancy limits for the home are specified on page 1 section 3 Maximum Occupancy of this Confirmation and are strictly enforced.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
6.Only use appliances for their intended uses
7.PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
9.Firepit: The firepit is gas/lava rock. Please do not use when windy.
10.Water and Sewer: The sewer system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the sewer system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
11.Storms: No refunds will be given for storms
12. Guest agrees to follow departure instructions in the house folder

Susan is a phenomenal host. She was proactive in her communication and her home was even nicer and happier than the site describes. First time using AirBNB and this was just a fantastic stay for our family.

Susan was great, check-in was seamless and flexible. Everyone in our group loved our stay! The house is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

This was by far the best air bnb experience we've had. The house was amazing. A great place for our crew to prep for and relax after the 1/2 ironman. Out doggy also loved hanging in the backyard finding sun puddles. Hope to come back soon.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful home. Everything was absolutely perfect and Susan was helpful and immediately responded to our every need. Our entire family loved it!!
