Drawn to the equally-impressive Historic Stadium District of North Tacoma with its wonderful Victorian and Craftsman homes, we saw the grand potential of 412 North C Street in spite of the fact it had been turned into multiple units by a previous owner. Now it is fully restored to its prior glory as a single-family residence, equal in stature to the surrounding homes of tremendous beauty.
