2beachhouse has 2 bedrooms with queens beds and 1 bedroom with 3 singles, there are 2 stylish bathrooms, one with a double shower. The open plan interior flows out onto the massive wrap around decks for bbq's and entertaining. The enormous back yard space is very special and great for a game or cricket, volleyball or just to leave the surfboards and bikes out for their next use. There is also a summer room separate from the main house which has table tennis and push bikes and a great area to have some relax time after a day on the beach.
2beachhouse is just a 250m walk to the heart of byron and main beach shops and cafes, 100m down the back lane is the farmers markets and the sunday market when allocated.

Smoking is only permitted outside and ash trays must be used at all times.
Breakage & Damage: The tenant is responsible for any breakage’s, damages, lost keys or any other loss to the property incurred during the tenancy. These must be reported, replaced or paid for.
Cleaning: Occupants are required to leave the property in the same clean, neat & tidy condition as it was when they arrived, including washing up, BBQ & rubbish. At the owner’s discretion, any additional cleaning or removal of excess rubbish required will be paid for by the occupants or deducted from the security deposit.
Noise: No noise or behavior unacceptable to neighbors 24/7. (Noise means any sound that can be heard from neighboring properties that disturbs their peace and quiet.) Occupants must not create any noise on arrivals and departures throughout their stay. (This means no one in the neighborhood is woken by any means.) A deduction will be taken from the security deposit/bond with each security callout. After one warning for noise, tenants will be evicted with no refunds.
