Train links to Liverpool on the doorstep with easy access from Lime Street Station and the M53 motorway.

The maisonette offers ground floor access on to West Kirby's main high-street with living accommodation on the 1st and 2nd floors and a ground floor laundry room with access to the rear parking bay . As a result of being in the centre of town guests should expect some road noise, however the property is double glazed throughout to ensure that any noise is not intrusive.

- 1 min walk from West Kirby Train Station
- Easy access from M53 motorway & parking for 2 cars
- Great location for Premiership football, get the 'Soccerbus' to Anfield or Goodison Park.

The front of the accommodation overlooks Sandlea Park, across from the main road. The rear of the accommodation overlooks the Train Station and Grange Hill.

There is a strict 'No Smoking' policy throughout the accommodation.

As a fully furnished home I ask that guests treat the accommodation and my neighbours with respect. Noise should be kept to a minimum overnight and the accommodation should be kept clean and tidy.

Check-in is after 16:00 local time and checkout is by 11:00 AM local time unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Please remove outdoor footwear before accessing the living accommodation which is carpeted throughout the 1st and 2nd floors.

The accommodation is strictly for the use of residential guests only. Visits from non-residential guests must be approved in advance.

On-site parking is limited to 2 vehicles (Additional free parking is available on nearby residential roads and the promenade).

The area was (URL HIDDEN) the middle of West Kirby with loads of shops and grocery. Around the corner was the train. We felt very safe here...locals were very helpful!

Pleased to hear to you enjoyed a comfortable stay and hope everyone made some great memories visiting Anfield. "What Mike loved about your listing: There were 9 people in our party - 5 adults, 4 children (2, 8, 10, 12) the apartment was huge and the children's bedroom were on the 3rd floor along with their parents. My husband and I had a lovely bed on level 2 and a large bathroom on both levels. It was clean and well stocked with EVERYTHING you could ask for was ready and waiting when we arrived. Tea, sugar, milk, cream, bread, much much more! Nik was extremely kind and took care of every need we had plus he gave us a guided tour when we arrived. He supplied all liquid soaps, cleaning tools, family shower soap, clean white bedding....too much to list but we enjoyed our stay and would surely want to stay in West Kirby again at Nick's apartment. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Nick!!!! What Mike thought you could improve about the experience: There were some issues with the tv but a couple texts and phone calls and Nik took care of things right away. "Awesome" "

I can't say enough nice things about our stay at Nick's flat!! It was PERFECT for our holiday and he went out of his way to help us feel welcome. He was very flexible with our arrival (as we arrived on Christmas day) and even had a lovely selection of goodies and necessities waiting for us upon arrival. The flat was very clean, the sheets and duvets were soft and warm and the towels were huge and fluffy. (I love oversized towels!) All of the amenities within the flat were great as well- dishwasher, big fridge, washer and DRYER!, as well as the HIVE app on his iPad for super easy heating and water heater control. The flat is exactly as it appears in the pictures, and in some ways-better! The location of this flat is also amazing- a 2 minute walk to the train station (direct into Liverpool~25min), 2 blocks to the grocery, and three blocks to the beach! We had planned on renting a car during our stay, and canceled the reservation! We didn't need one! Next time we are in the area we hope to stay here again. It was AWESOME!! Thanks Nick! A few notes if you are staying with kiddos- we had babies with us 1-3yrs old and we did bring a baby gate for the stairs outside the kitchen. Between the gate and the doors (to the living room and kitchen) we were able to safely corral the kiddos. Kid friendly!!

Fitted the bill superbly - an excellent welcome pack; ideally situated in the town, a stone's throw from great restaurants, 3 minutes' walk from the railway station and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Nick made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It is a lovely apartment, very modern and extremely clean. The location is great, lots to do and easy access to Liverpool.

I cannot say enough good things about Nick as a host and about his property. The photo's as good as they are do not do it justice! It's a large and beautiful residence, maintained wonderfully. It's spacious yet so homely and cozy (and incredibly clean). My family and I stayed over Christmas week and Nick had done such a lovely job decorating it, including a tree! We felt instantly at home. This was my first airbnb experience and I have to say Nick has set the bar incredibly high, as a host and with his gorgeous listing. In the run up to our arrival, he was always on hand to answer any queries I had in a precise, efficient and friendly way. The kitchen was fully stocked with any equipment we would need which was fantastic and we definitely made use of that luxury. Nick had even left tea, coffee, milk, biscuits etc for us upon arrival which was much appreciated. The property is in the heart of West Kirby, right by the train station and mere minutes from the beach. The double glazed windows do their job - we really couldn't hear any road noise/trains from inside. Conveniently, there were two parking spaces for us to utilise too which meant no scrambling for spaces on the main road. We loved it so much that we are actually trying to find a time for us all to be able to go back, if Nick will have us.

Welcome to my profile page. I'm Nick, 34, born and bred in the North-West of England. I moved to the Wirral Peninsula approximately 29 years ago (with some help) and have based myself in and around West Kirby for most of that time.

I have to work, sometimes, which is unfortunate, and has been the bane of my life. However I have been hosting guests on Airbnb for a few months now and have really enjoyed all aspects of it, well, apart from all the ironing! With a background in Hospitality I take real pride in ensuring every guests stay is comfortable and that they are made to feel at home.

I have welcomed guests from around the world and so far have scoffed chocolate gifts from Malaysia, Dublin, Switzerland and Denmark. So far, 'Toms Chokolade' from Denmark is in first place. Very moreish!

Aside from work I take the opportunity to enjoy many of the outdoor activities on offer locally, especially Cycling, Wind surfing, Golf and an unhealthy obsession with Cricket. I've yet to be seduced by Bird Watching but I hear the Dee Estuary is a Mecca for Twitchers, if you're into that sort of thing. North Wales and the Snowdonia National Park are also 'on the doorstep' and you can often find me rolling around mountains and throwing myself off cliffs at 'ZipWorld'.

West Kirby has a great array of restaurants, bars and cafes to enjoy, special mentions go to 'The Wro', 'Aubergine Cafe', 'Slinky's' and 'The Tap'. However if you're after *probably* the best night-life in the UK just jump on the train to Liverpool (trains every 15 minutes at peak hour, approximately 45 minute journey, 1 min walk to station) and visit The Albert Dock, Matthew Street and Concert Square. Since becoming the European Capital of Culture in 2008 the investment in the docklands and surrounding areas has transformed Liverpool into a global tourist hotspot, enjoy!

Whilst the accommodation will mostly be kept free of personal artifacts,you may find a horrific selection of popular fiction, Guardian magazines and Michel Gondry films which you are more than welcome to ignore.
