Charming, spacious and well-equipped one-bedroom apartment, attic floor of a 1910 building, walking distance of old city and centre, close to all commodities.
Additional double sofa bed, great wifi, big HDTV, etc.
My reviews are my best ad!
Located in a 1910 builging, the attic (5th) floor has been developed later. Bulding entrance has a digicode, the flat has a security lock, wooden floor throughout the flat, partial view on the Salève mountain with almost no vis-à-vis, well-centered location within the city.
The flat is composed of:
- 1 bedroom with 160x200cm bed (box-spring, hotel quality bed) and enough cupboards to store your travel belongings. The window opens on the courtyard (North). Very quiet in the morning, the church of St-François is not far away (yet distant enough...), so you can hear the bells, which gives you a kind of a village feel
- 1 spacious attic living room with plenty of light, a double sofa bed (160cm x 200cm), a large TV (50"), cable TV with 200 channels, DVD player, hi-fi system sith iPod/iPhone connectivity, a dining area for 6 people, a bar counter on an open, rather fully functional kitchen (oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, Nespresso + traditional Italian coffee maker, etc).
All the equipments and amenities are of quality.
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
Depending on the dates you will be here, I might be able to meet you and happily share some information on the neighbourhood with you, or I will arrange keys with my cleaning lady. But wherever I am, unless on a plane, I am always connected and can exchange by phone/email !
For long periods, even running over a "not available" week-end, please make an enquiry first, I might be able to move things around a bit
- no pets
- no smoking
- elementary rules of savoir-vivre expected in terms of respecting others'property
- everything will be explained in a little "survival guide" upon your arrival. On request I can send it in advance
Swiss and Italian, active traveler, I like to feel at home when not...
I hope you will have this impression when staying at mine!
