After a long day of sightseeing in this awesome city you can rest your bones on a large Queen Sized bed with a 32' flat screen equipped with Netflix while you browse through all your excursions pictures from the day. Private closet with hangers, 2 windows with great lighting ( and shades if you want to sleep in).
Are you VEGAN? My neighbourhood is becoming a vegan hot spot. FOODIE? Love ART? Murals hidden throughout this area are great for picture moments.

Modern brownstone located in Brooklyn, is the epi center of NYC culture.
You'll find yourself surprisingly content with the apartment and room. I keep a very clean house and make it my priority to see that you're comfortable. My son is a charming young man and will warm your heart and respect your space. Your privacy and comfort is essential and I want you to enjoy New York as much as I do.
The J train is just 4 Blocks from the house. J train that takes you straight into Manhattan over the Williamsburg bridge in 15 min (First stop in manhattan)on the weekdays.

If you need to reach me you can text, email or just knock on my bedroom door (don't be shy).
Sometimes you might not see us at all due to scheduling. Guests are touring all day and our schedules don't always allow us to be home at the same time. But no worries we always love a great conversation with our guests if you are open to it!
This is a private room, however, the bathroom is shared between you and I. We always respect your schedule in the mornings and we ask the same courtesy. We would love you to feel comfortable in our space and I understand sometimes this can be an issue for some people. We understand when you return home after touring that the first thing you want is a nice hot shower after a long trip. We have been hosting a long time and make sure to give you plenty of space in this regard.
I have a simple list of house rules that include things like removing shoes at entrance and turning off lights when exiting a room which seems basic but leaving the light on all day has happened. I'm chilled but I do ask you keep your room clean, because I do not charge any cleaning fees.
You can smoke in the front of the house. there is a small yard in front.
A caddy is provided as an OPTION to use for the bathroom. I ask that guest do not leave toiletries in the bathroom, in order to keep it clutter free when I clean, as well as, a clear space for everyones comfort.

I LOVE to cook and as a new vegan , I try to re-create recipes... a serious FOODIE. If you ever need any suggestions on places to eat I can definitely assist. As a family, we enjoy movies, video games, arts & crafts, random adventures in the City and go to church on Sundays. I truly enjoy hosting (travelling too) and have been doing it for about 4 years. Mother to a beautiful boy named David and recently married last year. My husband Daniel is a personal trainer and enjoys hosting with me. Currently, I am school for my bachelors degree in Biomedical Informatics.
We are a fun, yet private family and strive to make sure you have a great experience while staying with us.
My son is 5 years old but extremely mature for his age and is respectable of space and privacy. Since he was born I have been hosting and is accustomed to it. I would think he knew 5 languages by now!
