Modern and contemporary, this one bedroom flat is set within a new development and boasts spacious accommodation (55 sq. m) and a communal roof garden.

We have one proper double bed and one sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to four people, suitable for family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, dish washer, oven, toaster, microwave, an integrated fridge freezer and cutleries. A Tesco Express is located 5 minutes away and opens from 6am-11pm if you need groceries or household items.

Apartment is fully supplied with Egyptian cotton bedding, towels and unlimited wifi.

The development is situated within equal distance to the City of London (2 stops from Bank/Tower Gateway) and the Canary Wharf financial district benefiting from good connections for all over Central London, and situated just a short walk to Limehouse Basin and River Thames. Local amenities on Commercial Road or the shops, bars, cinemas and restaurants at Canary Wharf are a few minutes away.

We are just a stone's throw away from Limehouse Basin and walking distance to Wapping and River Thames - stop for a pint of ale in two of London's oldest pubs!

One can catch the Thames River Bus nearby which is very popular with visitors - soak up some fantastic views along the way!

Sandwiched between two canals which is great for those who fancy exploring the beautiful canals.

It's about 30 - 45min walk to Tower Bridge (or 12 minutes on a rental bike available just outside the property), the Tower of London and more of London's best tourist sites including HMS Belfast and St Paul's cathedral!

All guests have the entire apartment to themselves and can use anything in the cupboards. Clean towels and linen are provided.
Complimentary tea, coffee & biscuits on arrival, as well as basic condiments (cooking oil, salt, sugar, pepper, etc).

I've just had a baby boy. Christina will be helping me with the management of this apartment. She will be there personally to hand the keys to you and there is a welcome pack with information about the local area and things to do in London. We are always more than happy to help you plan a memorable itinerary be it for a weekend away or an extended stay. We speak English, Chinese and Malay/Bahasa Indonesia.

The apartment was very difficult to locate. Stephanie was very prompt with replies but several things made it less than a comfortable stay. Had to close window, party under our window until one in the morning. Fan was broken, so it got extremely hot. Also, bathroom shower was very dirty. I got out the cleaning supplies before using it. Location was OK. Had to get a very early each morning because it to a while to get to attractions .

I guess sometimes we'd just have to accept that you can't please everyone and that some would be better suited at a high end hotel right next to the tube station in Piccadilly circus. I've sent out emails with our address, map guide and very detailed instructions, at least a dozen of times prior to their arrival. I was told that arrival to be between 6-7pm but on standby till checked in after 11pm. They arrived in taxi so am not sure how the location could be difficult to locate. Around 12am after check in I then received a message to say it's extremely hot (temp of 18-21 degree!!!). Checked with the guest again in the next morning was told that they have cool down and won't need a fan. (NB fan is unusual in London even at the hotel) I have cleaning services each time before and after check in & out. As for dirty carpet, shower, towels, floors etc as suggested by this guest, I shall let reviews from other guests speak for itself. I have repeat guests every so often. I hope this family will enjoy a better stay at a top hotel for their next visit in the UK. Airbnb experience might not be of suitable for this family.

The apartment was as described very clean and bright. It is in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located 5-10 minutes walking distance to a metro (DLR) station. Stephenie is a great host. She helped us find the place when we came in and also found a cab for us, when we left, at a reasonable price since there was an underground strike. I would stay there again. Thanks much Stephenie!

We enjoyed our March 2015 stay immensely. The flat is incredibly clean, spacious and comfortable. Check in and out were a snap. Lime House is a great location with the DLR five minutes away. Travel time to the Westminster was just 20-25 minutes. Lime House basin shouldn't be missed for a lovely walk not to mention a Gordon Ramsey restaurant where the basin meets the Thames. Just 15 minutes walk brings you to Canary Wharf pier where you can hop a river taxi to the Tower or London Eye for a fraction of the tourist river boats. Closer to the flat you'll find a Tesco Express open til 11 pm where all basic (and more) groceries can be purchased at reasonable prices. A coffee shop and pizza house are nearby, too. Lastly, take your camera to the sixth floor roof garden for a stunning view of the City skyline. As a family of four with two teenage sons, the flat was more than sufficient. The sofa bed can comfortably accommodate just one but we brought (and left) a single air mattress for our other son. That arrangement worked perfectly. The only downside of note is the ground floor location which limits privacy and requires drawn blinds when bathing and changing. This was not a problem of any significance, however. I highly recommend this flat. It represents very good value.

Stephenie was fantastic and met me as planned to introduce me to her apartment. The apartment is very very comfortable and perfectly equipped for a business traveller with fast WIFI, all necessary mod-cons etc. Will be back

I like the apartment. It's clean, beautiful, quiet, exactly i saw the photo on the web site. The host was disponibly and we could spend a good time in there.

Nice, cozy, fully equipped apartment, close to the center. Nearby shops, pubs. Bus stop is 15 m from the entrance, DLR - 500 m. 5 minutes on DLR - and you are near the Tower. 7 minutes by bus - and you are in Canary Wharf, where many shops, including the big Whitrose and Tesco. Well suited for families with children - a wide blanket was enough for both children.)

Originally from Malaysia, my husband and I first came over to London 7 years ago and what was supposed to be a short term stay, has now become a place we call home. I've recently decided to embark on an adventure as a stay at home mum caring for my just turned one year old baby girl so letting out our once humble abode is something I'm putting my heart and soul into. Personally, we love the outdoors, travelling, food, theater and discovering new experiences. When travelling we know how important it is to have a clean, comfortable place to come back to after a long day out and some local knowledge and tips of the area to make the most of our stay, a little off the beaten path can add so much to the the holiday. This is what we will endeavour to provide and make it a memorable holiday for our guests!
