Located on the beautiful relaxing Redcliffe peninsula, surrounded by stunning beaches, local restaurants and entertainment. Our cosy self-contained garden unit, comfortably fits 2 and includes breakfast! It is in a quiet street with walking distance to the local village and sandy beaches. The unit is air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi, has its own Kitchenette, bathroom, courtyard, private entrance and ample free street parking.
Our recently renovated self-contained unit is air conditioned and very homely.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with ‘memory foam mattress’, 1000 thread count cotton sheets and all quality linens.
The Lounge room is cosy and warm with two Piece Leather Lounge Suite and the dining room is furnished with an elegant 4 seater round table.
The kitchenette, although designed for a light cooking; is well equipped with 'Induction Cook-Top, Microwave, Electric Pan, Coffee Expressi Machine, Fridge and in addition we've provided crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and much more!
The bathroom area provides a shower, vanity basin, toilet, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and extra towels!
Laundry facilities are available for stays of 5 days and longer.
There is an open space lounge and dining area with an access to a secluded courtyard with a comfortable outdoor setting and a Barbecue area.

You have a private entry to the apartment and an exclusive use of the private courtyard. There is an easy access (ten minute walk) to Margate beach or a short drive (less than ten) to more than 5 sandy beaches, shops, parks, restaurants, cafes, clubs, free barbecue shelters, walking and riding tracks, skydiving, kite surfing, etc.
In addition we are within a convenient driving distance to Brisbane city, South Bank, Sunshine Coast, small Moreton Bay Islands around and many many more attractions.
We live right above the unit and are very accessible. We are happy to offer you any assistants you may need and equally happy to leave you in peace. You can always contact us via phone, SMS or email.
Mark and I do our best to meet and greet you on arrival and show all the facilities of our unit and the fantastic activities available in and around.
Just a quick note regarding breakfast; although Mark and I make every effort to provide a wholesome breakfast for you (on arrival, you'll find in the fridge, fresh free range eggs, bacon, butter, jam, milk and orange Juice, plus bread. tea, coffee and etc) however we cannot cater for different dietary needs of our guests!
The apartment is a self-contained and designed for catering of maximum 2 adults only.

Approved guests only, no extra guest are allowed;
We are a family home in a very quiet mature residential area. We are a non-smoking accommodation, although we love animals but sorry no pets are allowed. Noisy, unruly conduct and/or excessive drinking is not permitted. We do not allow parties or events in our premises and will not tolerate loud music or noise of any nature.
We are expecting our guests to leave the unit in a same state as it is found. If we use the stove, the microwave, the Barbeque, we clean them. We also put rubbish in the provided plastic bags and deposit in the appropriate bin, either general (Red-top) or recycle (yellow-top) bins.
We must adhere to this strictly and show respect to our neighbors and their privacy. We are asking our guests to be mindful of this and respectful towards these values. We really wish you an unforgettable stay.

Hi, Mark and I are devoted grandparents, lucky enough to have our children and grandchildren living close by.
I (Faye) am an Early Childhood Educator and lead a small dedicated team at a local Child Care centre and Mark is a Nurse and works in an Aged-Care industry, a relatively recent career change! We both love our careers and find it extremely fulfilling and inspiring!
We're in our mid fifties and live in a Queenslander with a private, self contained apartment on the ground floor, which until recently it was used as our home office but we felt it was a waste to leave it vacant so decided to open the space up for other's to enjoy. This perfect home away from home is conveniently located and only a short walk or drive to many beautiful beaches and coastlines, half an hour drive to Brisbane city (less by train) and twenty minutes to Airport.
