This beautiful Plum Island beach house is a walk across the street to the beach or across the street to the basin. The “JackShack” has an updated stainless steel kitchen, a living room, dining room, family room, and sun porch. The over sized outdoor deck overlooks water views. The property has an outdoor hot/cold shower and a fenced in backyard with patio and Great Outdoor Ping Pong table!!!

The property is walking distance to all Plum Island stores and restaurants and is a five minute drive to downtown Historic Newburyport's shopping and eateries. Situated across the street to direct beach access it is convenient for a day at the beach. Perfect location for bike riding or just strolling around the island.

My wife and I live on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Our 3 kids always enjoy spending time at the Jackshack and wanted to open our home up to other families looking to relax on Plum Island. I hope you enjoy our home and make memories just as we have done over the years.
