LOWER LEVEL ONLY, fully self contained, 2 bedroom area of a large modern style classic Queenslander. 10 mins from Hervey Bay in a quiet semi rural setting. We are situated on 5.5 acres of open grassed hillside over looking the ocean.
Area opens out to large covered patios with ocean views. Access to large swimming pool, bbq area, fire pit and shaded grassed lawns.
As a guest you have access to a large home theatre room.
A light breakfast is provided for your first day..

The accommodation is a fully self contained lower level of a large modern classic Queenslander. The decor is a relaxed beachside vibe, with modern and new facilities such a mattresses, linen and soft furnishings. Grassed areas surround the house, with outdoor furniture, hammock, fire pit and bbq area. A large saltwater swimming pool, with pool toys etc for your use.
The 3rd bed is a double sofa lounge in the common area. Extra double sofa bed at end of home theatre room.

I have lived in this area for 17yrs and love the lifestyle that we have here. The area is semi rural, very quiet and peaceful. We have 5.5 acres of slopping block with a small dam, which is frequented by a group of kangaroos. We have great birdlife including kookaburra, galahs, cockatoo etc. We are only 10mins from town , with close proximity to the local beach at Dundowran. It is approx a 5 min drive or 10 minute bike ride. We also are a 5 minute walk away from 2 country golf clubs and a bottle shop. A small convenience store, post office, cafe,Dr and chemist are 10 minutes from our house. The closest boat ramp is atToogoom or Burrum Heads. We are also within a short driving distance to some great coffee shops and small restaurants. We have heaps of space for parking your car or boat etc.

I am 56 yrs old and live in a beautiful part of Australia, Hervey Bay. Outdoor activities including camping, fishing ,gardening are high on my list of to do things. I love travelling, to explore a countries history, culture and the wonderful people who live there. I have used Airbnb in my travels and have enjoyed the experience. That is what I like to recreate, a great memory for people travelling to our bit of paradise. Over the years having faced some personal tragedies my motto in life is to live life to the most while you are able, you never know what is around the corner.
