There is much to love about the Fox Den. A spacious, homely, well appointed comfortable two bedroom apartment is only 300m from the beach.
Close to fabulous cafes/restaurants, golf course, parks, playgrounds and only 4 minutes to the train. Perfect for families, (2-4 people, cot available if required). Linen supplied. Kitchen stocked with basic grocery items.
On the ground level of a small development, this spacious two bedroom apartment is protected from the elements yet still enjoys the benefits of being a very short walk to famous Cottesloe Beach. Recently renovated, the Fox Den has a free flowing open plan design. Enhanced by bi-fold doors from the living area which opens onto a paved landscaped alfresco area which includes outdoor furniture, umbrella and BBQ creating an indoor - outdoor transition. Although it is a common area the table, brolley and BBQ are for our guests use only.
The tastefully appointed open plan kitchen is well equipped with electric cooktop/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee plunger and plenty of good quality kitchenware. There is also an assortment of basic groceries items - tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper etc. The living area is comfortable with lounge, dining table, reverse cycle split system, additional ceiling fan, iPod dock, flat screen television and Blu-ray DVD player.
A generous sized master bedroom, with queen bed and good quality linen, has built in robes, bedside tables, reverse cycle split system, ceiling fan and a wall mounted television/DVD player. The second bedroom has two single beds again with good quality linen and ceiling fan. Ideal for two adults and two children. The Fox Den is well set up for small children with a cot, high chair, a stroller and a few books and toys all available for your use. By placing a plug in the shower little people can enjoy a fun shaped bath.
The bathroom/laundry is well equipped with front loading washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. The toilet is separate.
Direct access from the shared undercover carport to the front entrance makes moving luggage easy.
Superbly positioned close to the beach, train, playgrounds, beachfront cafes, restaurants and shopping the Fox Den is the perfect beach holiday pad and we hope you love it as much as we do!
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Our guests have total privacy.
Rosendo Street is in a quiet residential area so respect for the neighbours and our property is essential. Visitors are welcome but please park on the street. The Fox Den is not suitable for pets and is non smoking.
We are living and farming with our family in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. We are into sustainable agriculture, our family, our local community and love living in this beautiful part of the world.
