Our comfortable & affordable corporate housing solutions provide more space, privacy and value than typical hotel offerings. We also save our clients time and money by handling all aspects of their temporary housing needs. Our service & attention to detail is what makes us unique and keeps our clients coming back.
MEA knows that our guests have unique needs when it comes to corporate housing and furnished apartments and therefore we offer a range of services to meet your needs. Our luxury one, two & three bedroom two bath furnished apartments are fully stocked with linens & lavishly decorated with quality furnishings and fully equipped kitchens with ensuite washer/dryers. You may enjoy the option of hosting dinners or cocktails for family and friends in your suite. Montreal's cafe society is also at your doorstep. Think of a stroll along Rue St Denis or Rue Crescent and choose one of the many bistro's to have a wonderful dinner or latte on a terrace and enjoy an evening of music and people watching.

In addition to the charges quoted on this web site we will add the following charges to your booking of this apartment.

We will add the following charges to your booking of this apartment.
-taxes @ 15%. Stays over 30 days are tax exempt.
-Weekly cleaning fee of $ 75.00 CAD (not optional).
-Indoor parking is avail $15.00 DLY $75.00 wkly or $250.00 mthly (optional).
If the GARAGE CLICKER/MAGNETIC TAG is not returned at check out we will charge $15.00 CAD per day until it is returned or replaced. The replacement cost will be charged to your booking
Minimum stay 30 days.

**Parties are not permitted in our suites**
**Number of guests booked must be respected.
**Well behaved house trained pets are welcome with advanced notice and our written approval.
Your responsibilities include making sure your pet does not damage any furniture. Pets are not permitted on any furnishings. Do not leave your pet unattended at any time. All pets must be on a leash or in carrier at all times when outside the confines of your suite. Do not allow your pet to disrupt the peace and quiet of our other guests. Please be sure to vacuum/clean up after your pet often. We will charge an extra $50.00 cleaning fee for pets.
** Smoking is not permitted in any suite however each suite has an attached balcony where smoking is permitted. If smoking occurs in the suite (at our sole determination) there is a $250.00 cleaning charge. This amount will be requested/deducted from your security deposit.

This is an experience! Being on the 39th floor gives panoramic views of Montreal's port and the city. Night skyline beautiful. It is a pleasing, modern space. Furniture and beds are modern and designed low. The closet space is provided for all clothingbut no dressers. Small balcony for 2. The city is loaded with possibilities.6,000 restaurants! The taxis are easy to get by going thu the Marriott lobby next door- often waiting out back or help readily available.Find Desjardins underground a few blocks away to find ample stores, metro and Grocery awaiting you. Amazing labyrinth thru the city. We loved the double decker bus to acclimate- 2 days for $55 Canadian. Hop on and off to visit many of the best sights. The port and Old Town, their magnificent beaux Aries museum a must. Fabulous food and the 375th anniversary provides 27 projected history visuals throughout-be sure to add free app to get terrific music and narration. Clean, very friendly, wonderful city! We will be back.

The apartment is well furnished and clean. The location is excellent and views are fabulous. It is a better arrangement than the description. Steeve is an excellent host. He is available, a good communicator, and delivers on what he says. There was a minor issues in the apartment (beyond Steeve's control), and Steeve went above and beyond to help.

I definitely recommend this beautiful apartment. It has fantastic views from every room that are amazing during the day and dramatic at night. The apartment is very clean with a convenient layout and a well-equipped kitchen. It's in a nice central location with a supermarket across the street. Steeve was great about checking in to make sure we had what we needed. We had a great time in Montreal and I'm glad that we stayed here.

Steve was an extremely accommodating and gracious host. The apartment could not have in a better location of the city and had a breathtaking view of Old Montreal and downtown. The facilities were top notch and the MEA staff was professional and very nice to work with! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Montreal.

If a trip to Montreal is in your plans, you COULD NOT find a more exciting place to stay than this. What magnificent views! Great location within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and local transportation. Steeve our host was very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. The condo had all of the necessities one would expect. Should we return next year or in the future this will be the number 1 place we would like to stay. Thanks Steeve for making our trip to Montreal SENSATIONAL!!! Jim

Beautiful apartment and exactly as listed! Having a supermarket and shops across the street was a plus.
