In this two-level, comfortable home, you'll enjoy bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. You'll also enjoy a gourmet kitchen with butcher block counters and a front porch and back deck. All within a relatively short distance to downtown.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to city regulations, there is a 30 day minimum stay required. Please do not inquire about stays of less than 30 days. However, please check this page in the future. I would love to host you once I obtain my permit.
This is a rare find...a modern home located in an eclectic neighborhood within walking distance to downtown...and around the corner from Asheville Yoga Center, Whole Foods/Greenlife, and Trader Joe's.
If you want to dine at amazing restaurants or experience the local wine and craft beer... no need to worry about driving when you can walk or take a short cab ride.
There is a long stairway to enter home. It is NOT recommended for anyone with balance/walking difficulties.
Parking is on-street. However, the spot directly in front of the house is normally available for you. Both bedrooms are upstairs with kitchen and living room on main.

I enjoy my work in health care. Although things get busy, I try to make time to have fun. I enjoy hiking, paddling, cycling..I also love hearing live music at the Grey Eagle or Orange Peel...or at one of the many music festivals in WNC. It's fun to get away occasionally and I've had some amazing backpacking adventures including Europe and Central America.
As a fellow traveler, I'm happy to share with others a city that I LOVE!!..there is so much natural beauty and so many outdoor things to do ...and so much great local music, art, and yummy food.....oh, and the craft beer isn't too bad either... :)
