The open space the Depandance is the most evocative residence of the structure.
Arranged on one level, it has an exclusive garden with a fantastic porch equipped with a sitting area, table and chairs where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors. Entering we find a large living room with a cross vault, there is a double sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and an open plan double bedroom.
The apartments are located within a majestic noble residence formerly owned by the Ricci Counts, it represented a summer domus gentilizia of the country, developed around a primitive nucleus dating back to the seventeenth century that, through successive extensions, has gradually changed to assume in the second half of the 19th century what we can now appreciate: a magnificent example of rural architecture miraculously preserved up to the present day.
The detail of the upholstery and furniture, chosen with care and attention, brings "La Masseria" back in time, immersing us in a luxurious and rural setting of another era.
The blue color, taken from the original eighteenth-century color found on an old brick between the excavations, will delight the context by granting the nuances of the sky and the yellow wheat fields.
