The apartment is located in the Marina Bay apartment complex. This renowned complex has private access to the beautiful Cristo Beach (Playa del Cristo) and the apartment has views of the beach. The apartment is extremely spacious with plenty of space for you and your family and friends.
There’s a private garden that’s perfect for relaxing in and watching the sun dip into the horizon in the evenings. The garden directly overlooks the beach and has stunning views of the coast. You can even see Gibraltar and the coast of North Africa!

This apartment is a holiday home, not a “rental unit” so its warm and welcoming and is equipped with everything you’ll need, no matter how long you stay for. It has a fully-fitted kitchen which contains all the appliances you’d find in your own home: a full oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and a dish washer. Having your own, fully kitted out kitchen in an apartment like this will give you the freedom to cook as much (or as little) as you want. There’s a local market that sells fresh fruit and vegetables that are just begging to be cooked in this kitchen! If you prefer to have someone else cook for you, the area has lots of great restaurants, bars, and cafes to choose from, all serving delicious local food.
The rest of the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms—one double ensuite and the second room has 2 single beds along with the main bathroom. There are 2 large couches also in the living room, making it the perfect location for a break with the kids or a getaway for up to 6 adults.
The apartment has a brand new air conditioning unit recently installed and also window blinds to keep your cool even on the hottest days. If you’re here in the cooler winter months, heating is also available. To keep you entertained, there’s limited free-to-air TV channels, and a DVD player in the living room area. The apartment comes with one private car parking space if you have a rental car.
Estepona Marina/Port is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment complex. Here you’ll find an abundance of local shops, excellent tapas bars, and fantastic restaurants. The pretty white-washed old town of Estepona is also close by, a 15-minute walk or a €5 taxi ride away, and is well worth a visit. The apartment is also located near the H10 Palace and the Gran Elba hotels - perfect if you are attending weddings in these locations but want more space. The 5 star Kempinski Hotel is a 10 minute drive away.
