All areas: private garden with large lawns and parking area. Picnic table / folding bench. Suitable for those with mobility issues as the property is all on one floor and there's easy access from the car park over the lawn to the back door (one 200mm step at the back door). Access to keys is via key safe so you can arrive at any time to suit you, from 4pm on first day, please leave by 10am on last morning. I always try to meet guests sometime during their stay, but it's not essential as everything is provided in the cottage.

Lettings begin on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays during busy periods. At other times by arrangement.
