Located in the popular Island Colony high rise, you are 3 short blocks to the beach, 2 blocks fromthe International Market Place and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. Famous Kapiolani Park is 6 blocks away featuring Waikiki Zoo, Aquarium, Waikiki Shell, & Diamond Head.
This 32nd floor condo has sweeping views of the ocean, mountains and
Diamond Head.
Ala Moana center is 1 mile away as is the Convention Center.


This contemporary Island Colony Waikiki studio features asian accent pieces, eye pleasing with a modern design. Remodeled in late 2011, you will enjoy a 5-star feeling which includes wall mounted flatscreen cable tv, high-speed internet, 2 queen-size beds with gorgeous bedding; kitchenette has full-size refrigerator, and microwave plus all cooking supplies for your dining pleasure using this equipment. New hardwood floor installed April 2016.

Bathroom has all new hardware, bathtub and shower and shower head, and ample plush towels. On the 32nd floor, you will enjoy wide views from the mountains to the ocean, which can be enjoyed from the lanai/balcony with 2 plush chaise lounges. Enjoy the trade winds on the cool side of the building.

The building offers a brand-new large pool on the 6th floor with sauna, jacuzzi and huge deck area for sun bathing, BBQ, laundry, parking, convenience store, sauna, jacuzzi and much more. Large lobby with free daily newspaper, 24-hour security, 4 elevators and parking garage where you can rent parking by the day. Rates may vary but generally the rates are about $25.00 per night in Waikiki. Rent does not include parking.

The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants that cater to every nationality. World-class shopping to farmers markets are located throughout Waikiki. A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Village. Bring your camera.

Transportation is readily available. Bus stops are located in front of the property, and you can circle the island from your backyard. Rental cars are not really necessary unless you want to spend a lot of time at a certain destination. Ala Moana Center and Convention Center are about 1 mile away, ride the bus or one of the many open-air trolleys.

The property is located within a few short blocks from the world's most famous beach, where you can take in surfing, stand up paddling, canoe surfing, body boarding, snorkel or just sun bathe. Popular surf spots in front of the building include Publics, Queens Surf, Canoes, Pops and 3's. This is where everyone wants to be!

Guests will have access to 6th floor pool area, where there is a jacuzzi, exercise room with a 1 time $5 charge, BBQ, convenience store, sauna, and showers. Free Wi-Fi.


You will retrieve your keys from the lockbox. The lockbox is #3 and is located in the bus lane, on the ocean side of the property, behind the surfboards, on a large structure post.


Wifi password is on the modem.

Unit includes all sheets, towels, kitchen equipment and linens. There are enough supplies to accommodate the number of guests that will occupy this unit. We also have a washer/dryer in the building for your convenience.

Guests must wash any dishes they used during their stay. An extra charge will be added for guests leaving dirty dishes or excess trash in the apartment.

On the day of departure, check-out time is no later than 11am. Guests may request a late check-out. Approval is required for late check-out requests and is based on availability. Approved guests will be assessed the following rates:

-Check-out between 11:01am and 5:00pm: 50% of the daily rental rate.
-Check-out beyond 5:01pm: 100% of the daily rental rate.

This rental was in a great location with an awesome 180 degree view that includes Diamondhead and the water/beach. It was clean and had a full size fridge and microwave. Being a studio-sized condo, privacy is at a minimum, but creativity overcomes that. There is onsite parking which is a plus (parking can be a nightmare for all those first-timers). I enjoyed this place but as for me, it's better suited for 2 people (I'm just a wee bit spoiled, sorry), but it does sleep 4. I do recommend it!

It was a really great place to stay in. The place was really clean. There was an awesome view from the balcony. It is like a 10 min walk to Waikiki beach. There is also a liquor store on the 6th floor, so that was very convenient. Overall a great place to stay in!!

I picked this place because of the view and I couldn't have been more happy. The location was great, we had Ross like two blocks away which was great because we always forget to pack something. My husband loved the Starbucks which is also just two short blocks. They have a beautiful pool and hot tub which we really enjoyed after our long walks exploring. They offer BBQ areas which I saw many ppl taking advantage of. I would suggest making a trip to Walmart and stocking up the refrigerator so you're not stuck paying $6 for a small carton of orange juice, that kind of thing. Only problem with had was washing. You need to purchase a card to wash and for what ever reasons it would not let me purchase. The building office closes on sundays so we couldn't get any help, fortunately I was able to get other guest to lend me their card and I just gave them the cash. The beds are not as comfortable and could possibly be update but other than that we had a great time here and would love to be back.

Came here for friends birthday. Nice and cozy. Great balcony view. AC is colder next to the balcony. Conveniently located in the city. Not a far walk from elevator. Could've been notified about the parking fees in the garage provided by the building to be better prepared. Overall, it fulfilled our purpose for our stay.

I am a lifelong realtor, being licensed since 1973. I am a full time realtor, specializing in Waikiki rentals and sales. I am a graduate of USC, was on swim team and water polo, participated in water sports all my life. Among my interests are swimming, body boarding, fishing and being near the beach.
Have been an athlete all my life, have many athletic events that I have participated in, including:
Iron Man, FINA World Swimming Championships (gold medalist), Oahu Canoe Racing Association with many state championships, veteran Molokai to Oahu Canoe Race, participant in Lanai to Maui channel swim and many other lifelong accomplishments.
