Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. This can be flexible with advance notice.
Take off your shoes and relax. Please leave shoes in entryway closet and respect the No Shoes policy in the house. Slippers/socks are easier on the floors.
Always secure doors and windows upon leaving. The neighborhood is extremely safe, but please always be aware of your surroundings and protect our property as well as yours.
No red wine or other stainable drinks/food on the sofas please!
This unit is not recommended for children under the age of 10.
No cats (I'm allergic) Well behaved dogs okay if pre-approved by host. No pets on the furniture.
Please no sleeping on sectional sofa. Sleeping in art/3rd bedroom okay on pull-out sleeper sofa.
Prior to vacating the in the House, guest is responsible for removing all trash and placing it in the receptacle in the driveway. Recyclables may be disposed of in blue dumpsters located at the Jackson Hole Fairgrounds.
Please ensure all dishes and cookware are clean, and return any furniture that was moved to its original position.
Please ensure the rolling chair in the living room stays on the hardwood floor. Rolling it across the cow-hide rug causes permanent damage.
Beds should not be “stripped”, and towels should not be “piled” when you vacate the house.
While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate upon request. Removing towels or linens from the house is prohibited.
Occupancy of RV campers and /or tents on the premises, in the driveway is forbidden. RV parking is permitted in the driveway only with written permission from the Owner upon booking. No more than 2 cars may be parked in the driveway without prior permission from the Owner. Parking in or blocking the neighbor’s driveway is prohibited.
No loud or large parties in the house or on the premise. Guests and visitors will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to the neighbors.
Guests and visitors agree that any drug use on the property, or any disturbance, annoyance, endanger, or inconvenience of the neighbors; or use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, or violate any law or ordnance or commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises will immediately terminate our occupancy and rental agreement of these premises.
Owner’s Agent may enter the premises immediately in the event of an emergency, in order to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance; and with 24 hours notice, for normal maintenance.
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
Owner shall not be liable to Guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the premises. Guest shall hold Owner harmless and indemnified from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the premises, driveway or community and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Guest or his or her guests or invitees.
Guest will not use premises as a location for professional film/video or commercial events without prior consent and arrangement with the owner.

In my free time you'll find me practicing yoga, skiing, laughing with friends, making art, playing the drums, shooting photos, hiking with my dog Luke, or relaxing and planning my next escape.
