I'm gutted to read your review which I felt was unfair despite all our efforts to accommodate and help you.
I got out of my way and while very sick in hospital to answer all your questions and try to arrange for delivery of your theatre tickets into my own home even before you arrive.
We accommodated your request for early checkin and I had to pay for extra cleaners so that you can come early and relax.
My check in instruction were very clear and were followed by 25 guests before you. We never had any problems before. You didn't follow my instruction and waited outside the flat rather than where I told you to collect the key. Despite that Tsega and her husband rushed to help you when they found out where you were.
We do provide shower gel for guests as an additional nice gesture but we've not listed it. Your text requesting shower gel however came in at 12:30 after mid night. We responded at 7:30.
It was very unfair what you said about cleanness because the flat is absolutely spotless and all our previous guests rave about the cleanness of the place. If you noticed anything not in order you should have alerted us immediately to fix it for you, and not when it's too late in a review.
The number of issues you say you ran into clearly shows your unfairness. None of my previous guests had even one of those issues and you say in 5 days you have them all together (laundry, cleaning issues, you even complained that the "bathroom tub is raised and hard to get out of", my bathtub is to the standards, no one ever has problems with!
Your review was truly unfair.
