Villa Zupan with hot tub is located in a small village Gorenje Dole near town Škocjan, surrounded by beautiful nature.
The Škocjan municipality is among the smaller Slovenian municipalities, but it is interesting and attractive in all respects. Driven hills with vineyards and valleys at the touch of the Krško hill and the karst plateau, scorching streams, botanical specialities, playful forest edges and picturesque villages all the way to the Krka riverbank are pleasantly delivered to the eye, while they offer numerous possibilities for active leisure time. It has many cycling, hiking, water and horse riding paths that originated in the area of the municipality in the project "Active e-Dolenjska".

My name is Andrej and I am the owner and host of Luxury Holiday Home Zupan. I have met a lot of great people from all over the world while working in tourism.
Since I get a lot of reservations every day, I share my work with my partner agency AlpeAdriaBooker, so I can offer a better service to all my guests. They are a professional property management company helping me every day to manage my reservations. This local agency from Brežice - Slovenia, acts as a connection point, by both maximising the potential for the renters (myself) and carrying for guests along every step of the way.
That way the renters and myself have more time to be at guests disposal in person.
You will be meeting me at the property, I will give you the keys, while my partners from the agency communicate with my guests online. If you call our contact number you will reach their reservation department. They will help you with everything you might need. You don't have to worry, they will keep me informed about your arrival and needs, and I will be waiting for you at the accommodation to welcome you for a great start of your holidays!
