block away. Starbucks is 1/2 block. Due to its central location, you can walk or ride the inexpensive bus system, renting a car
may not be necessary, Enterprise car rental is in building.


Contemporary Waikiki condo with full kitchen, sleeps 4. Wide views from the mountains to the ocean. Two blocks from the beach and within close distance to restaurants, shopping, zoo and aquarium. This trendy spacious studio with very large deck is in the heart of Waikiki, and was remodeled December 2011. This designer-decorated unit offers a wall-mounted TV and 2 queen-size beds. New bamboo flooring installed in May of 2013.

The deck has a plush chaise lounge, and dining table to enjoy the fabulous ocean, canal, and mountain views! The building offers a brand-new pool and deck, BBQ, laundry, convenience store, sauna, jacuzzi , exercise room and much more. Large lobby with free daily newspaper, 24-hour security, 4 elevators and the aloha spirit.

The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants that cater to every nationality. World-class shopping to farmers markets are located throughout Waikiki. A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Village. Bring your camera.

Transportation is readily available. Bus stops are located in front of the property, and you can circle the island from your backyard. Rental cars are not really necessary unless you want to spend a lot of time at a certain destination. Ala Moana Center and Convention Center are about 1 mile away, ride the bus or one of the many open-air trolleys.

The property is located within a few short blocks from the world's most famous beach, where you can take in surfing, stand-up paddling, canoe surfing, body boarding, snorkel or just sun bathe. Popular surf spots in front of the building include Publics, Queens Surf, Canoes, Pops and 3's. This is where everyone wants to be!

Parking is available in the building for $25 per night. Parking is not included in the rent

To assure maximum enjoyment for all of our guests, we rent only to couples, families, and responsible adults 25 and older.

You will retrieve your keys from the lockbox. The lockbox is #3 and is located in the bus lane, on the ocean side of the property, behind the surfboards, on a large structure post.

Unit includes all sheets, towels, kitchen equipment and linens. There are enough supplies to accommodate the number of guests that will occupy this unit. We also have a washer/dryer in the building for your convenience.

Guests move wash andy dishes they may have used during their stay. There is an extra charge for dirty dishes and excess trash left in the apartment.

On the day of departure, check-out time is no later than 11am. Guests may request a late check-out. Approval is required for late check-out requests and is based on availability. Approved guests will be assessed the following rates:

-Check-out between 11:01am and 5:00pm: 50% of the daily rental rate.
-Check-out beyond 5:01pm: 100% of the daily rental rate.

The place was very cosy, and the staff was very friendly. We were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, entertainment and public transport. I enjoyed my stay very much

Great cozy location within a 5-10 minute walk from the Waikiki shores and shopping. There is a pool/lounging area within the complex which is a good way to start or end your day to just relax without packing up "beach gear". The unit has a small ac unit that does its job but could be a little quieter. Double queens allow 4 people to sleep fairly comfortable but the unit itself is fairly cozy/compact once you spread luggage out. Parking within the building has a daily fee of 30. The owners of the unit provide a parking location for rentals in a neighboring building 1 block away at no charge. which saved a ton of money over a week with a rental. It was very easy to reach someone when I had questions. Overall great location, great cost savings compared to nearby hotels with similar amenities. Would stay again! Thank for for a great first trip to Hawaii!

Best location. Close to restaurants, stores, bars, and coffee shops. Very quiet and an awesome view at night. The spacious patio is very useful.

1. Roger and his crew are really helpful. They always respond quickly and try to fix all issues at the same moment. Really good job! 2. Location is pretty good. It takes about 15 minutes to get Waikiki and even less to find some food. 3. Their is a really good and big balcony. 4. The room is not fancy, but you could find everything you need. Just don't expect modern new stuff. 5. We had problems with bed bugs. But our manager helped us to move to another room.

It's a good location if you want to be right in Waikiki near shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Very nice to have parking close by.

This apartment is a great option if you are looking for a fantastic location. I rate this as 5 stars in relation to the price. I don't have any complaints about the apartment. Most things are basic (the beds and the kitchen, for example) but the communication with Roger was great, the balcony is amazing, and the location is remarkable. Very much worth the money, and I highly recommend it.

I am a graduate of USC, was on swim team and water polo, participated in water sports all my life. Among my interests are swimming, body boarding, fishing and being near the beach.
Have been an athlete all my life, have many athletic events that I have participated in, including:
Iron Man, FINA World Swimming Championships (gold medalist), Oahu Canoe Racing Association with many state championships, veteran Molokai to Oahu Canoe Race, participant in Lanai to Maui channel swim and many other lifelong accomplishments.
