We are saddened by the guest's conclusion of our property. We are regretful to hear of the guests' experience while staying in our property. Our furniture is only expected to be new if the property is also newly published for occupancy. Otherwise, if it's an existing property, as all other property listings in Airbnb, the furniture would also be pre-existing and used as well. Although we do ensure that all our furniture and appliances are presentable and of great working condition also, cleanliness is a priority for us and we do ensure that the property is well cleaned before any guests occupy them. Since the guests arrived in the property by themselves, we specifically give them instructions to call us when they’re heading to the property so that our staff will be there to wait for them. But it wasn’t the case, the guests just called us when they arrived in the property already, which we need at least 10-15 minutes for our staff to be in the property. Our check in staff are scheduled accordingly based on our guest's check in time, In the rare instance that they are late, this may happen if unexpected events or if they are caught up with another guest scheduled to check in from a different property. The property is under self catering system. Therefore; we provide basic toiletries upon check in. However, all other items can be purchased at the closest supermarket or convenience stores. Upon check in, our staff will always informed our guests about different ways to contact us through email, text, or call. Our guests are encouraged to notify us immediately of any concerns regarding the property while they are occupying it. We have staff assigned and a dedicated email and phone number to cater as promptly as possible to any help they need while staying with us until everything is settled for them. We received the guests’ complaints about the wifi and smell the day before their check out date. Unfortunately, we were not given the time to resolve it. Had we known a little early, we could have sent our staff immediately to resolve the issue. Please note that we did not collected extra money to our guests, the amount we charge to the guests was for the electricity, which is clearly stated on the advert that it’s not included in the rental price and will be paid separately upon check out. Regarding the concern with ants and cockroaches getting in the property, we do point out to our guests that as long as the property’s area is kept clean during their stay then pests would be avoided. Regarding the smell, it is a temporary issue that can sometimes occur in any property in Thailand due to a drainage evacuation dysfunction,  easily solvable by applying a  special product flushing to each property drainage and we instructed the guests to just fully turn on the AC for few hours and that will help remove the bad smell in the property. And please note that upon check in, this issues were not evident in the property. As a matter of fact, we haven’t received any issues with this unit the previous guests and even the guests after Nikki. Nevertheless, we’re still delighted to know that our guest find our property’s view good. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests and we hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Nikki back in Phuket soon.

The location of the apartment was as great as Yves claims. The apartment is right on the beach with plenty of great restaurants and markets close by.

Отличное местоположение. Пляж в шаговой доступности! Рядом много мест для развлечений. Первые дни ходили в глубь, так как думали, что там дешевле массаж и кафэшки. Оказалось, что цена и качество лучше рядом с этими апартаментами. Жили на 11 этаже. В связи с этим было не так шумно…
