The appartment looks like the photos. The living room with kitchen is 'cold', not cosy at all. There is just a table, not a couch, nothing on the walls or so. The kitchen is fine and well equiped.
There are two bathrooms, one with a bath. For our arrival they opened the one without, because that one has a washing machine. When we asked to change bathrooms because of the bath, they changed the locks.
Communication was quick. The owners live downstairs, they were available for questions (wifi password was unclear, gasoline was not open) so we could easily solve these things. The daughter is the only one that speaks English, so if you don't speak Italian, make sure she is around :) They didn't make us feel very welcome, but it was ok.
The beach is about a 5 minutes walk. The centre of Capo is from the beach about 2,5 km. It's a good walk along the coastline.
The worst thing were the barking dogs everywhere around during nighttime. Even with the doors closed, they woke us several times.
We stayed two nights, that was long enough for some relaxing time before our trip to the Eolien Islands.
