The room has a lovely feel - a large window & original art on the wall. On a quiet, attractive crescent - no thru' traffic. Very close to tube/rail/many buses & amenities. You have your own sofa & TV, & a new mattress. Many local restos/shops/parks.
The apartment is one of those places that feels uplifting when you walk in! It is set out over three levels and feels very spacious.
Your room is a large double bedroom. The bed has a brand new mattress, and you have your own sofa and TV too. Whilst it is not en-suite, the bathroom is close by, and has a fabulous shower and 'spa bath'.
There is a fully equipped kitchen (your host is a keen cook!), and if you book for a week or more we can negotiate use for an evening meal or two and space to put your groceries. Please be aware that you will need to honour the gluten-free needs of the household (its easy and I can talk you through it).
Your host knows London extremely well, and will be very happy to advise on transport, sites, galleries and museums etc. Happy to chat over a cuppa!
If you've got coeliac disease fear not - your host can help out with lots of info and advice on where you can eat safely! As well as being shoe-free, its also a gluten-free house (but don't worry about that, if you aren't familiar with what that means I can talk you through it!).
Please be aware the apartment is arranged over 3 floors, so you will need to be able to manage stairs to stay here.
Its a quiet neighbourhood, so please take your lead from that. We just ask that you respect that this is a permanent home as well as your accommodation. Its also a shoe-free home - you'll see why when you see the stair carpet!
There is no smoking allowed at all, and I'm sorry but the apartment isn't suitable for pets.
In case you haven't noticed elsewhere on the listing - its a gluten-free house too.
I'm friendly and warm-hearted, and love my home. I love travelling too, so I can put myself in your shoes as a visitor. I am passionate about London, and can help you with working out both local and city-wide adventures if you wish.
I have a wide range of interests including making things in glass and ceramics, cooking, reading, theatre, walking, cinema and....travelling! I am easy going and sociable, and also like my privacy and will fully respect yours.
I look forward to welcoming you to London, and to my home!
