Hello! I have lived most of my life in Maine but traveled a bunch as well—China, Japan, Norway, Mexico, Italy, France, and Canada. I have stayed at hostels, pensiones, fancy hotels, B+Bs, and with families. I have a sense of the simple things that help make a visitor feel comfortable and at home.
I am an artist and designer (product design + surface design). I enjoy designing furnishings for the home, creating inspiring living spaces, and collecting artwork and art books (for our guest library). I have had a real adventure renovating our home along with my partner, Charlie, who is a sculptor and makes a great cup of coffee.
Our home has been set up specifically to host guests. We are interested in providing an inspiring home-base for you during your visit to Portland.
