The apartment is in a great location and the size of the room is really good but just know you get what you pay for since a little cheap. There’s a weird smell in the house when you walk in and the host is very difficult to deal with. My room is suppose to sleep 3 and I had a fri…
Oheneba booked the room for one person only. Then at approximately 1:30 in the night I've stumbled upon Oheneba bringing with him a girl he didn't pay for to stay neither ever asked me if she can come in with him - my prices actually are derived from number of guests, like it or not, and are even discounted for single persons bookings to allow them to better afford the accomodation in my huge rooms. Moreover it is not just extremely rude to the host to bring an unannounced "friend visiting for the night" with into my private apartment but it is actually a criminal offense of trespassing in the Czech Republic (similar as in Oheneba's home country USA) to bring someone unannounced into someones private apartment without the owners consent. Yes, a private Airbnb apartment indeed is not a hostel nor a love hotel it is a private home where I and others live! That's why I asked Oheneba to pay for the overnight stay of his company - which he in turn declined as well as to introduce me in to her - who quickly hid herself in the Oheneba's room - for me to be able to assess what kind of person it is - so I was thus compelled to knock his door and ask him to tell his company to immediately leave my apartment - which he ignored and in turn locked himself in the room. I then left him alone as it was very late and I was very tired and had no intent to spend the night with police enforcing my absolutely legitimate demand. I surely do not recommend to any Airbnb host to ever accomodate Oheneba as he clearly has no respect for the privacy of the private apartment which he - not me - had clearly seriously violated, neither he has a basic respect to the host nor to the laws of the hosting country whatsoever and as his review shows here time and again he not only is hard to deal with but clearly lacks basic decency. If anyone is willing to bring an unpaid for company in my apartment always ask me beforehand - I allow decent visits but, understandably, I do not allow any unannounced visits and unpaid and unaccounted for overnight stays of unregistered unknown people for security reasons. I'm also not responsible for any smell in the house staircases and corridors as I of course, understandably, can't control what others living in the house cook or do. Only what I'm responsible for is my apartment which I of course keep in good order.
Jan's place is amazing. The room I stayed in was HUGE, and I loved the decor and old feel in it. The location is perfect as well. The tram stop is directly in front of the building. I also felt so safe staying with Jan. He gives you complete privacy which I appreciate. I would…
