We are 5 minutes from Turkey Run State Park. 15 min from Shades State Park, Lake Waveland and Rockville Lake. Raccoon Lake State Recreation Area is less than a 30 minute drive.
We are 10 miles North of the town of Rockville, which has many restaurants, antique shops, boutiques, Art Gallery and beautiful Courthouse.
We are 16 mi S of I-74 with easy access to IL cities like Champaign, Tuscola, Springfield Bloomington and Peoria.
Just 20 miles S of Rockville is the large college town of Terre Haute. It is on I-70 and I-40 with easy access to all of Southern Indiana and KY. Other Universities are nearby with Purdue at LaFayette, DePauw at Greencastle and Indiana University at Bloomington and Indianapolis- all less than an hour away.

I am a retired elementary school vocal music teacher. I have enjoyed sharing our family cabin with guests for many years. I look forward to helping visitors enjoy a great getaway vacation in scenic Covered Bridge Country here next to Turkey Run State Park.
We have 40 acres of private land next to the park. The Wilkins Mill Covered Bridge is right on the property. I enjoy hiking and horseback riding, travel and gardening.
