Be aware there is open water with ponds and streams at Three Acres Farm, which require caution, especially if visiting with children.
There is no public transport easily accessible from New Mills itself therefore a car is really needed and if walking out from the farm there are no footpaths on the rural roads but there are some great walks through Ladock woods and in the immediate locality.
Visitors permitted. No pets due to possible difficulties with interaction with the farms menagerie, cat and chickens. No smoking policy inside the Lily Pad.
Profile: We have lived in Cornwall eleven years and enjoy our little piece of heaven at Three Acres Farm and all the spectacular Cornish coastal scenery. We both like walking and there are some great walks to be had, if that is for you too. Tim also enjoys sea kayaking and fishing.
