The farm house can also be booked for parties / get together's (permitted only in open areas) for gatherings and can accommodate upto 70 people. We charge $. 20per head extra for parties / events for the usage of space, which is applicable for any booking for party / event and is over and above the amount payable for booking of the residential space. The farm house is an ideal place for a peaceful getaway, or a calm tranquil retreat in the lap of luxury. The lawns are full of blooming flowers, huge trees, exotic plants, beetles and much more. We even get wild rabbits and peacocks visiting us a few times. The neighborhood is a protected forest reserve full of wild birds, deer, antelopes, monkeys, etc. The surroundings are pollution free and lush green.

All units are equipped with basic kitchen amenities, bathroom with essentials, TV with digital TV box/Chromecast and LAN/WiFi up to 5 MBPS. We keep our units well-maintained with thorough housekeeping. Fresh clean sheets, towels, bath gel, hair shampoo and tissue are provided prior to check-in.

Our property is managed by Hostie - an operations management company for boutique travel homes in India. Our team will be available daily to take care of our guests whenever required. I stay at a 10 minutes distance from the property and would be available at any point to assist our guests. We also have care takers and house keeping staff that stays at the property. The Property Owners - are a highly respected Indian laureate family. The owners have been honored and awarded several times for their contribution to Viet Nam art, literature, and culture promotion. Our library houses many books and poems written by the owners.
