Antonietta is a lovely property (140 sq m) with WiFi internet, private pool and air conditioning. The property can sleep up to five people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Antonietta is located in the centre of Calcinelli, Italy and only 34 km (21 mi) from Urbino. Near the property there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items. If you can't find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 9 km (6 mi) from the property where you can purchase your groceries and essentials.

What to Expect
Upon arrival you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property ideal for a peaceful holiday in The Marches. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, visiting museums, shopping or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in The Marches. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a huge part of the Italian culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to five people.

This is an apartment in a two family villa; the owners live in the other apartment, while the attic of the building is empty.
Tenants and owners don't share any space, each of them has an independent entrance and a private portion of garden.

Visit the Area
