This private room is perfect for business, wedding goers, internship, and leisure trip. Base pricing is for one and able to accommodate to two people with additional fee. It is right next two major highways that provide easy access to anywhere in Wichita! Space is designed with our guests' needs in mind, and true retreat!

If you like this listing and interested in staying with us but dates not available to you on the calendar please still put an inquiry through and we can provide other options. We have total of 12 private rooms we operate short term rental out from three different houses. All the location are close to Wesley Hospital, WSU, Koch campus, Coleman factory, Textron, and Wichita downtown area.

Bathroom is next to a shared bathroom if the opposite guest is occupied. Hosts will notify guest if the other room is book at the same time. Brand new home in the falcon falls subdivision with running/walking path right in the backyard. Convenient access to major highways putting you within minutes of anywhere in Wichita. The room is located in main level of home with shared access from the front door. This is non-smoking house. We also welcome long term stays, we have many travelers stay well past three months due to work contract extension. We also have many other listing options available if the room is being book.

This quiet neighborhood have many young families. It is friendly and neighbors are active, you will see them biking and jogging constantly when the weather is nice.

Airbnb was introduced to us in 2015 by one of our close friend who is also a host in Wichita. Like many people we were skeptical opening our home to travelers initially; however, we felt we have gained so much more since 2015. It allowed us to become humble, compassionate, and appreciative what humanity has to offer.

Don't worry! We are not nosy hosts we don't care to probe for information for personal gains, but rather we enjoy great conversations and crave for our guests' life experiences. Only if you would like to share.

Jerry is a sales and operation manager for a family owned furniture store. He enjoys traveling, gym, obstacle races, gardening, landscaping, pond, and outdoor activities. Winnie works for local bridal store in downtown on weekend, and Pfizer chemist during the week. She loves real estate, entrepreneurial pod cast, true crime, ghost stories, yoga, and minimal exercise!

We are passionate hosts, we started from one listing out of our basement to multiple listing operating from three different homes with private rooms to entire house. Airbnb is both our baby and we enjoy hosting guests. We can't wait to host you and all your travel needs!
