The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Dishes should be cleaned and put away and all rubbish should be thrown away. Please leave all beddings on the beds and bath towels in the bathroom. Any housekeeping services over and above the standard housekeeping procedure will incur an additional cleaning fee of $50/hour.
Number of guests
Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Offensive noise and anti-social behaviour is prohibited. Please take the neighbours into consideration and guests must reduce noise to a level which cannot be heard outside
the unit between the hours of 9 pm and 8am.
SMOKING is not permitted in any part of the building including our apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony of the apartment,
Security bond is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. The owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Disturbance to the neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Pets are not allowed
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
