Located in a small gated community, our spacious, comfortable home is right across the street from world famous Kailua Beach. Enjoy large bedrooms, high ceilings and a gourmet kitchen. The lush backyard also includes an open patio and pool.
Our 2,600+ square foot home is the perfect balance between luxury and laid-back comfort. The property has marble floors, tall ceilings, brand new appliances and stylish furnishings. The two master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) are spacious and comfortable, each with a king size bed. The upstairs master also comes with a wet bar, mini-fridge and separate outside entrance. All but one bedroom has adjoining bathrooms. The downstairs guest room and separate bathroom are both easily accessible.
Our home also includes a dining table that comfortably seats six, a two car garage with additional parking in the driveway, large TV in the living area, coffee maker, cookware and dish ware, hairdryers in each bathroom, and fresh linens and towels.
The outside space is perfect for lounging. With two small tables, both well-shaded, the patio is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing brunch or romantic dinner. The pool is small and fun, great for kids.

I typically have minimal interaction with my guests. I provide access information to the property 30-days prior to check-in. But I am available via phone, text and email throughout the day should guests have any questions or issues.

Early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged based on availability. Please advise at least two weeks in advance if you require an early check-in or late check-out. Otherwise, all guests are expected to check-out by the time indicated and check-in will begin at the time indicated.
