Stay in our beautiful cottage located in a historic neighborhood on the edge of St. Augustine. This quaint two bedroom, one bath property is located just 15 minute walk from the majority of attractions this gorgeous city has to offer.
Fresh, clean and compact, this little, original foot-print cottage is a great place to stay. Just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars and attractions of downtown St Augustine.
Two small but perfectly appointed bedrooms provide accommodation for 4. The master has a queen bed, made up with Egyptian cotton sheets, a European style duvet and a plush throw. The second room has bunk beds, allowing our guests to make as much use of this little room as possible. The living room has a magnificent vaulted ceiling, crisp white walls, retro furnishings and a collection of items that have been collected over time, that speak of St. Augustines history. We provide a 38" telly for your viewing pleasure as well as cable and a fast internet service.
The living room gives way to the galley style kitchen, in which you will find everything you need to self cater as little or as much as you wish. There is a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, and blender to accompany all of the usual kitchen appliances. The dining nook is a perfect way to start the morning.
The bathroom is generously proportioned, boasting its original claw-foot tub. It is bright and clean, stocked with plush towels, a hairdryer and overnight toiletries. The cottage also comes equipped with a washer and dryer. We provide our guests with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, as well as 2 beach towels and some bug spray, in an effort to minimize what our guests must pack to bring with them.
Finally, the front of the cottage has a nice sized covered porch which makes for a great place to enjoy a drink as the sun sets. Or, alternatively, there is a courtyard at the back of the cottage that provides a little more tranquility and privacy.
Off street parking, a small garden and front porch add to the charm of this property. Bicycles are available to guests at a small extra fee.
For those with babies and young children, a cot and high chair are also available upon request.
We are not on site at this property but live just one street over and would be happy to answer any questions our guests may have. It is our goal to provide our guests with the best experience possible.
Last year the City of St. Augustine opened a beautiful pool, just a short walk from the cottage. The neighborhood is also the proud new home of a fabulous distillery and restaurant that has been established in a historical ice factory. The place is aptly called the Ice (URL HIDDEN) well worth a visit.
Lincolnville also has its own Farmer Market on Sundays. Here, one can purchase a variety of fresh, local produce as well as homemade baked goods and crafts. The market provides live music and a good atmosphere and is just a short stroll from the cottage.
We do not allow pets at the property and smoking is restricted to outside. Being a residential neighborhood we ask our guests to please respect our neighbors.

Born in the States but raised in Britain, I find St. Augustine a great mixture of history, architecture, sunshine, lazy days and endless beach. My husband and I have traveled around the world with our three sons but always love coming home to this great city. We spend our days building and creating together and our downtime sailing, surfing or exploring the bountiful outdoors.
I have lived in St. Augustine for the large part of 22 years, always working in the service industry, or for many years, owning and operating our own water-sport rental business. We understand the needs and wishes of the discerning tourist and will do our utmost to make your stay, the best possible.
We ourselves have utilised this sort of accommodation throughout our global wanderings and find it a great way to really get to know an area, to 'try on' living there.
I look forward to meeting you!!
