We always take our guests' reviews and ratings very seriously. I realize you are brand new to Airbnb, and may not understand the platform yet. However, everything is detailed in the information before you book you stay, like TV and Internet. We have weighed getting it or not, but at the current price per night it is not feasible. It would add $40-50 per weekend rental to our guests' charges to cover it. Furthermore, we have SO many people tell us that they don't want TV/Internet, and that for them and their kids it was so nice to unplug. I suggest you read the details of your reservation before you make the next. As a novice to Airbnb, I don't appreciate the fact that you didn't read the details on the Airbnb website beforehand. Because of your lack of diligence you have impacted my ratings and it is upsetting. Furthermore, you made a reservation request within hours of arriving, and I was scrambling and able to accommodate your last-minute birthday request. Most importantly, we made it happen for you.
