It is true this client did reach out with less than honest intentions regarding the home, prior to their arrival I personally inspected each room in the home before guests arrived, guest reached out through a personal means and was unwelcomed through this avenue. Her statement on this page followed my request that she keep all communication professional and not on a personal level which did not meet her expectations. My home has always been rated spotless by all other guests and my integrity in acknowledging that air mattress is offered in one of the bedrooms was clear, I have not had any guests prior to this one that has had an issue with cleanliness, and certainly have not had any guest that violated any of the house rules including their own cleanliness no other guest has left any thing in my home unclean, missing nor broken. In addition there is always a set of linen left for guests should they have need as well as extra of everything else I provide. Obviously this guest had intentions other than those acceptable by any homeowner on Airbnb. Prying open doors and destruction of personal property and over extended use of my home including moving my 50" TV was and is unacceptable and true they are not welcome again. One more interesting fact, guest contacted me and claimed she had already submitted her review and made sure reputation of home was not spoiled in anyway, prior to speaking with me, which I now see was a false statement, and you may see as false as well since she has made reference to having spoken to me in her. I have this in writing. That leaves room for doubt in guest honesty, integrity and trust. Again be well and take care.
