Unfortunately the comments above are not true. All my reviews for the last 2 years are the true reflection of the excelent experience I provide to all my lovely guests and the apartment's condition (exactly as per pictures).
Agnes has broken the micro-wave, its plug, and a sousplat. Agnes' mother came to the flat and confirmed the docs and evidence (including the electrician cost of repair) and paid for the micro-wave repair. If it wasn’t true that Agnes had broken it, why would they agreed to pay? As the repair would only give a guarantee of 90 days, fortunately Airbnb, after we provided all the evidence of the damaged items and their replacement/fixing costs, they quickly agree to pay everything in full (a new micro-wave, the plug’s repair and the sousplat).
It is unfortunately obvious that Agnes used this review/comment just so she wouldn't have to pay for the full damage, but thankfully Airbnb agreed to. We believe accidents happen, nobody does it on purpose, and it is only fair and polite to pay for it.
It is a shame that Agnes didn't provide a true reflection of the condition of the apartment or the hospitality she received from myself and all the work I did to meet her several requests. I organised for her shopping to be delivered prior to her arrival by liaising directly with the delivery courrier, put everything in the fridge, I waited until late for their check-in so I could welcome them in person and made them feel welcomed over a glass of wine, and played the piano too :-). I really do all these things with all my heart as I do to others what I would appreciate being done to myself. Good Karma :-)
Also, please let me point out that the bathrooms are exactly as the pictures show. They were recently painted/refurbished and are in very good condition with power shower, working jacuzzi, and the cabinet of the main ensuite is a solid oak designer cabinet. I never ever had an unfair review like this one, but clearly if it wasn't true that they broke the micro-wave, they wouldn't have paid for fixing it, nor would have Airbnb agreed to fully replace the micro-wave by a new one. In relation to the apartment (bathrooms, furniture) I will leave the pictures speak for themselves and for all the amazing reviews written below to be a genuine representation of my apartment's condition and the experience I happily provide to all my guests.
