On Serenity Beach, the most famous beach in the area, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms villas with sea view for 8 guests maximum. There is A/C in the 3 bedrooms (Extra cost of 500 INR per day total).
The house is 2nd row on the beach but access to the beach is right in front of the gate. The house is having an outdoor patio, kitchen and large terrace with sea view. Internet WIFI available and cleaning service (one hour per day) included. PLEASE NOTE that Serenity Beach is in Tamil Nadu state limits.

Perfect for family or group of friends, the Villa Al'Mar can accommodate 8 guests maximum. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms attached, kitchen fully equipped, outdoor patio on the main floor and large terrace on the first floor with sea view.
It is located right on Serenity Beach which is the most famous beach for bathing, surf schools in the area.
AC is an extra cost of 500 INR per day total (not per room), optional.
We do not provide any meal, there is a kitchen fully equipped in the house and if you don't want to cook, there is 3 restaurants on the beach itself and food delivery is very easy.
There is not private parking but this is easy to park near the villa usually, our guests never had issue with this usually.
The area is very safe, I live and work there for the last 5 years and we never had any issue. Please note that even if the area is a very touristic place, this is still a fishermen village and we all live peacefully, also as many tourists are coming on week-end and holidays, some noise can be there on this time.
Electricity in Tamil Nadu can be an issue and this is totally out of our control. But hopefully, power cuts are usually for few minutes only and the villa is equipped with UPS (battery) for lights and fans.
We request valid ID proof for registration (PAN Card not allowed) for check-in, this is mandatory, outside visitors are not allowed and the number of guests indicated on Airbnb can’t be exceeded.
We can help you for 2 wheelers rental easily, advice you for auto or bus.

Hello ! My name is Alex, I am from France and settled in India from 2014.
I have now 8 properties that I manage on Serenity Beach.
Me and my team, we will always try to make your stay comfortable and unique, we are not working as a resort, we want to give you another kind of experience, a private villa or apartment where you will be independent and where you enjoy the feeling of a home away from home.
