Guest suite with private entry in charming 1920's bungalow- sitting room/den, bedroom, bathroom and shared patio/ garden view. Great central location in safe, established neighborhood, 1 mile from downtown. We're surrounded by parks and the Greenway, a few miles from universities, shops and restaurants. Features relaxed décor and original artwork, photography and ephemera. Suite is private- separated from main house by locked doorways- some sound transmission may occur between areas.

The private suite is accessed through a separate locked keyless entry and consists of a sitting room, bedroom, private bath with shower and a shared patio.

The sitting room features a recliner, sofa bed, television, and a coffee bar with microwave, mini-refrigerator and Keurig. The bedroom features a queen sized poster bed and a subdued palette of white and grey linens contrasted by dark hardwood floors. Furnishings are a fresh and eclectic mix of styles.
The bright, well-lit bathroom is equipped with a small vanity and shower.
The patio overlooks the seasonal flowers and sculpture of the garden and includes dining and lounge seating for four.

During your stay at Three Magnolias, we hope you will take the time to stop and sip a glass of wine or read a book beneath the shade of our trellised patio. Put your feet up in the cozy recliner in the casual sitting room or snuggle beneath crisp cotton sheets in the new 4 poster bed and plush, pillow top mattress. Where and how to relax is all up to you!

A few notes:
1. Our fur babies are important members of the family and include our small dog, Millie. She will be confined to owner’s quarters during your stay, however you may encounter her in the backyard or she may bark at you on your way in or out. She is not aggressive- but she loves to lick!! Know we will make every effort to not disturb you during your stay!
2. While our suite features sleeping accommodations for up to four, a maximum of two adults is recommended for your optimum comfort.
3. Quiet time is observed from 11 PM- 7 AM.
4. No smoking on site.
5. Parking on the street in front of my house is preferred. If needed, you may pull into the driveway to unload, however the driveway is narrow and it is difficult to see the retaining wall when backing up!!! Since the drive is shared with my neighbor, please park on my side of the pavement and leave plenty of room for my neighbor. No more than two vehicles are allowed in the driveway at any time.
6. Other guests may be staying on owner's side of the house, however we will always update you on this matter prior to your arrival or asap.

Our neighborhood, Latham Park, is a terrific family neighborhood filled with expansive parks, charming architecture, quiet tree-lined streets, trails for walking or biking. A few blocks north is the Greensboro Country Club and the Irving Park neighborhood, Greensboro's oldest and most exclusive neighborhood. We are proud to be part of the Greenway, a paved, multi-use route that connects Moses Cone Hospital, Wesley Long Hospital and the Friendly Shopping Center. Latham Park features tennis facilities, basketball courts and a new skateboard park. Directly across the Greenway, the Iron Hen Restaurant is a neighborhood favorite for breakfast or lunch. Fishers Grille and Pastabilities offer other excellent dining options less than one mile away.
