Our confortable studio is located in a typical residential area, with a small park around and a lot of green. It's very closed to the subway stop Istria (line 5 - lilla) . In 20 minutes you reach the Duomo square . In 25 minutes you reach Rho Fiera (fairground) . In 10 min. you reach Corso Como + Garibaldi Station. Subway MM5 :direct conncetion with Mi-Co, Milan city Fair, San Siro Stadium.
Reach the fairground Rho Fiera and Corso Como in the quickest and most confortable way : Fair Ground /Expo : 25 minutes distance . Corso Como : 10 minutes . Duomo Square : 20 minutes. Sforza Castle: 15 minutes! The studio is small but charming. We have one double bed-sofa and 1 cupboard-bed . The kitchen is fully equipped. You find there: microwave, hairdryer, washing-mashine, toaster. There's also a small balcon, if you want to breath fresh air. It's the ideal place for a couple. We rent it to 3 people only for a maximum stay of 1 week. It is located in a lively residential area, from which you can easily reach : the Duomo Square , The Scala Opera House, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, the Brera District, the fashion area Via Montenapoleone, the district Isola and Corso Como (with restaurants and pubs), the brand new Porta Nuova district, the canals district (Navigli), the S. Ambrogio area . It's an ideal solution if you come to Milan for working or studying few weeks (since you have all public transports closed by) ; it’s an ideal solution if you come for exhibitions (since you can reach the fair ground Rho Fiera by subway MM5 and subway MM1 or train -Passante – S5 –S6 – S13 in less then 25 minutes and in a very confortable way, and spend the evening in the city center). It's perfect if you come as tourist (or better as a traveller) and you want to visit the town , but also know local people's way of life.
Everything you'll find in the studio (soap, salt. olive oil, water etc.) is at your disposal. We try to leave few things, so to make more confortable your first night. Please, take note that it is a no-smoking studio, so, if you are a smoker - please: you can smoke in the balcony.
I was born in Milan and I'm official tourist guide of Milan (I can give you all the suggestions you may need and if you ask me in advance- and let me know your tastes - I can prepare for you an itinerary according to the time you're staying in Milan, so that you don't see only the Highlights but many other interesting cultural (or shopping) places of my hometown: .... I tell you right now ,that to see the famous Last Supper by Leonardo you have to book few months in advance through internet !. I live closed to the studio: I can assist you for everything in case of need. Don't hesitate to contact me during your stay!
Minimum stay : 3 nights. We rent the studio to 2/3 people . We have a double-sofa bed and a single folding bed. The check-in is between 2 pm and 10 pm. The check- out is in the morning within 11 am. Other check-in and check- out times must be discussed before your booking. At the moment of the booking we need to receive your scannered I.D. card or passport. Few days before your arrival we need to know your expected check- in time at the studio and a mobile phone numer , in case of (URL HIDDEN) prepare the private renting contract , that we'll sign at your arrival, we need to receive by scanner the guests' passport or I.D. card .
At your arrival, we'll ask you the payment of EURO (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) as caution, that we give you back at your departure after checking the state of the studio.
Just enjoy and relax yourself respecting the studio and the neighbourghs.
Try to leave the studio as you have founded it . Before departure, we ask our guests to wash the dishes and to throw the rubbish away. Please don't bother to wash up linen or hand-towels: I'll make it!.
The studio is a NON SMOKING studio. Our guests can smoke in the balcony.
