Feel like home while being in Casablanca!
As all the satisfied guests that came by before, you'll enjoy your clean & spacy room, a private bathroom, access to kitchen and relaxing lounge. In a privileged location.

Ideal for couples, the room is a spacy suite with it own bathroom (bathtub) with instant hot water and a sunny balcony with view on the street.
A very comfortable firm king size bed.
Enough closet space and drawers for your clothes.
Wireless Internet.
Quite place for sleep & work.

Relaxing Lounge.
Equipped Kitchen.
An interesting library of english, french & spanish books.

When at home, I frequently share my life with my guests: going to beach, jogging together the mornings and organize Treks for the weekend... And also enjoying special nightlife places from time to time.
Sometimes I'm not available, as I travel to my hometown. But there's always a building security agent for logistics.
FYI: There's a second bigger room (Suite) in the appartment that is listed on my AirBnb profil. So, sometimes it's possible to meet other interesting guests during your stay.

This is what happens when you allow greed (coupled with a lack of empathy and basic morals) to influence your life: Najib's portrayal of his home is far from the reality me and a fellow Airbnber actually witnessed. I arrived to Casablanca yesterday afternoon and decided to stay at Najib's apartment, booking the accommodation a month in advance. I was so excited because he seemed very proactive, communicating with me right away, and even emailed a PDF of the house manual and suggestions for my stay in Casablanca. Thank god I only booked this place for one night. But it was a very long night. In fact, I barely got any sleep. When my taxi driver picked me up at the ONCF train station, he drove me to the address listed on the PDF file, but had trouble finding it due to the obscure location. We finally located the apartment after asking for directions. I swear, the minute the driver turned the corner onto the street, I got bad vibes instantly. There was litter everywhere, but being that I'm from NYC, I ignored it, deciding to instead remain optimistic. Wrong. Simo, the housekeeper, greeted me as I walked up with my luggage and took me into the building and then the elevator. He gave me a quick orientation of the room I'd be staying in, mentioning that there was another guest occupying another room. He gave me the wifi code and then skedaddled. I passed out on the bed after a long train ride from Marrakech and woke up in the evening to some music playing. It was the fellow Airbnber. I opened my room door and introduced myself, and then opted to go grab a bite as it was nearing 8pm. FIRST, when I opened the main door to the apartment, outside in the hallway was completely pitch black. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see in order to lock the door and press for the elevator. When I got downstairs in the lobby, it too was completely black and desolate. There were two guards outside of another building across the street. I began walking, remembering that there was a cafe around the corner I noticed when I arrived earlier. The bad vibes intensified and this time I would not neglect my better judgment. Outside in the late evening, the public squalor hit me: I saw a group of teenage boys and men all huddled outside staring and I ran back into the apartment. I was famished, but I could deal with the hunger as long as I was still alive. I lamented to the fellow roommate that the area was extremely seedy and she immediately exclaimed "yes!!!" SECOND, I messaged Najib twice, no response. My roommate also reached out to our host three times, each with no answer. Peering out from the thin curtains that framed the balcony in my room, I watch as a few gangs assembled on their turf and commenced their...

Dear Nancy Your feedback is exagerated and don't reflect the reality as you can see in other reviews! I'll reply to your critics one by one, in order to avoir misunderstanding: LOCATION: As with all my guests I give detailled direction and access map and even the address in arabic to show to the taxi driver. What happens is that some taxi drivers and not very faire and make extra tours around the house to get extra money in the taximeter! otherwise, the location is relatively well illuminated according to Morocco standards. What you call "litter everywhere" is just a construction project nearby, and as I said, it's Morocco standards, the keep all the construction furniture not hidden behind barriers. Regarding the other guest in the room, it's stated in the listing page that there's two rooms, and sometimes you meet other guests (tourists), which is very nice and apreciated, as there's sharing of experiences, tips about morocco ... If there was music in the second room, you just know an ask gently to descease the volume, it's simple. BTW, the second guest (Ashlyn) rewiew, the same night, is positive. SECURITY: We have 24x7 security agents in the building, they're very gently and can help you with everything, youjust need to ask. The building light switchs heve lights on theme, in order to see them in the dark. COMMUNICATIO: That night I was hiking in the mountains, and out of network coverage (which happens very seldom), but the doorman was there to help with anything. To resume, your feedback is very disproportionate and unfair. Thanks

Najib's home was very clean and the room was comfortable. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious and clean with fresh towels laid out for you. I think the worst thing I could say was the warm water wasn't very warm but that seems to be common in Morocco. Free breakfast at a pleasant restaurant just around the corner from Najib's home was very kind and delicious! I definitely would recommend anyone to stay there!

Najib's apartment is a great property. At first I was hesitant to reserve his place as some peopled commented it being located in a questionable neighborhood. There is simly just some exposure to lower income families; which is the norm in a lot of Moroccan communities. As a young single woman traveling with another young single woman, we felt safe. Especially since the doorman and Najib are very accommodating. All in all, this apartment is a great space and definitely worth booking.

Me and my friend stayed for two days and loved it. Beautiful apartment and very clean. Even towels waiting on our bed. Najib always answered quickly, was very helpful, and was able to talk to the taxis from the airport to give them some extra help on finding the place (it is actually a little hard to find). He emailed us before hand everything we needed to know. Great living room area for hanging out as well. Hassan II Mosque is about between 5-10 minute cab drive. Definitely recommend it!

Beautiful place for a great price! Very friendly host, and not a long walk to the center of the city, although there isn't much in the local neighborhood.
