Hit the waves on a stand-up paddleboard, or head over to Farm Neck Golf Course for the perfect round of golf. Explore the natural beauty while you walk through the Trade Winds trail system just a short walk from your front door.

After a long day on the beach, the golf course, or the community tennis courts, snag a spot by the pool to enjoy slipping into vacation mode. Toss a load of dirty clothes into the shared washer/dryers while you catch up with your favorite show on cable with an ice-cold brew.
