We are saddened by the guest's conclusion of our property. Regarding the check in procedures, we are handling multiple check ins in a day and to ensure smooth and organised process, we do have a fix arrival procedures that we implement to all our guests. This has been an effective a process to facilitate guests' check in. We asked our guests to contact us upon arrival at the airport to make sure that they are on time as indicated on their flight information given as there are instances that flights might be delayed and we need to reschedule another staff to handle and proceed with the check in. We have taken note of these complaints about AC and wifi when the guests were in-house. And we did immediately send a staff to cater to all of the guest’s concerns. Thereafter we did not hear back and concluded that the issue has already been resolved. Our guests are encouraged to notify us immediately of any concerns regarding the property while they are occupying it. We have staff assigned to cater as promptly as possible to any help they need while staying with us until everything is settled for them. Regarding the electricity, we clearly stated on the advert that it's not included in the rental price. And to be fair and transparent with our guests, during check in our staff will always explain to our guests on how the electricity will be calculated and upon check out, our staff will inform the guests about their electric usage and the corresponding amount to be paid. Note that any guest can check and verify the consumption anytime during their stay as they have access to the electric meter room. Our transfer service rate always tries to match the estimate of what it would cost for our guest to take a taxi. Which they may validate through (Website hidden by Airbnb) also considering that airport taxies have a 100THB surcharge on top of the total amount from the meter. Our aim for this transfer service is not mainly to earn but to provide convenience for our guests as we know how public transportation can be a struggle here in Phuket. Nevertheless, we apologize again for all the inconvenience that it may caused to our guests. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests and we hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Jorge back in Phuket soon.
Very good homestay, but the communication very bad, and we keep waiting for check in. When we check out, unreachable to the owner. Beware of the electricity, is extra charge, 5 days we used about 500 baht. This is out of expectation and no house keeping for us. But overall …

As we are a property management company and queries are handled according to urgency, take into consideration that we are managing multiple properties at a time, we try our best to respond to all queries and concerns in a timely manner. It is disclosed in Airbnb upon booking that it is not included in the rental price, A studio apartment is expected to consume average 50 bahts per day but can still go beyond that amount depending on how mindful the guests are with their air-conditioning use. We do inform our guests that only check out cleaning is included in their rental, and if they do need extra cleaning within the duration of their stay they are encouraged to inform us and we do provide extra cleaning service with an associated charge. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests.

The location of each property is disclosed upon booking and most our properties are on higher terrain to provide our guests with magnificent views. As for the response turnaround time, We are a property management company and queries are handled according to urgency, take into consideration that we are managing multiple properties at a time, we try our best to respond to all queries and concerns in a timely manner. We also understand the possible need for motorbike/car rentals for our guests to get around Phuket. And though we do not directly provide this service, we do direct our guests to our trusted partner who can assist them with this need, given that the guest inquired to us about it. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests.
