First of all to address the concerns you mentioned - There are 2 bundles of toilet paper in the apartment in walk in closet and stack of towels in the rack behind the bathroom door. We checked in our next guest and we didnt stuff anything as everything is there. Also I am surprised - you have texted us about fitness center and you have texted us about wifi username and password. But you never mentioned anything about toilet paper or towels during your entire stay. Also we keep stock of all basic things in out storage room on the property to be useful in the real scenarios. We could have avoided you taking the toilet paper from private lounge.
On our responses to late check out - we dont live on the property thats why we make required arrangement to make the check in easy. As part of regular process to check about the guest schedules we inquired and 10pm check in is very common and i made arrangements for that. When you mentioned another 45 minutes delay, i just expressed that it will be a problem but please call me when you land. I freed up my schedule and made myself available for your check in without any delay or irritation.
We request you to understand that hosts also have life, feelings and expressions, it is unfortunate that you took only half of my responses and made a wrong impression.
