Comfortable studio newly remodeled, with Murphy queen sized bed with foam mattress. Includes a washer and dryer. You’re welcome to use the attached mud room for storing bicycles and skis or snowboards. Located within minutes of the freeway, golf course and parks. There is a separate driveway for parking. It is located right on 700 East, which is a busy street. Great central location. Come enjoy our cozy, warm studio.

Mellissa's place is adorable and it was very clean. It was really nice to have a place to come "home" to each night of our trip and relax with all the amenities. We thouroghly enjoyed our stay and will be back anytime were in SLC.

The studio was incredibly clean, well decorated, and perfect for our stay in Salt Lake. It had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again!

I would 100% stay here again next time i happen to be in the Salt Lake City area. It’s adorable and cozy, super clean, quiet, felt safe and relaxed.

This place was great! It is the perfect blend of vintage charm and classy upgrades. It was spotlessly clean and had personal touches of fresh fruit, jars of candy and a variety of handmade soaps. It also has a washer and dryer, which was really helpful. The murphy bed and linens…

Easy check in, good communication. Adorable space, good location to get to lots of things SLC has to offer. Murphy bed is extremely comfortable. You do notice the road noise a little bit but did not put a damper on our stay at all.

Great place to stay! All the amenities were definitely more than expected. Mellissa communicated very quickly and made our visit enjoyable. I would recommend staying if you’re ever around!
