The apartment is really well maintained as you can read in the comments for this property and the rest 10 properties I manage.
It is true the water heater stopped working (it never exploded) as we all know unfortunately sometimes things break, but as always, we took care of it straight away (it did not took 1.5 days to change a valve) In this case Erika’s family were offered another place to take a nice hot shower, when this happened.
As Erika said on her review, the washer machine was working fine for the first 10 days, when it stopped working we professional washed all their cloth and towels every day until they left. We picked it up in the morning and brought it back in the afternoon. (there was no flood, I did come on Christmas Eve to take care of their needs)
The rest of the review is not true, as you might tell, this review is the best example of someone trying to take advantage of a situation which she is still trying to do, Erika demanded me to get a full refund for the 2 things that happened or she would write the worst review ever.
This are vacational rental apartments, somebody’s home, as in your home things sometimes break, but the important thing for us it to always take care of everything immediately for our guests and make sure it is not an inconvenience during their stay, we have a great maintenance team and great customer service.
Once again, I welcome you to read the rest reviews in my profile, this is the one and only bad review I’ve had since I opened my profile 1 and a half year ago, I’m proud to say people always leave happy from our properties.
