The apartment is brand new and has a fantastic location in Kamala.
The complex is very modern and has a very nice pool, a sauna, and a jacuzzi.
You can also find in the complex a bar, a restaurant and a massage shop.

We are delighted to know that our guests find our property’s location good. At the same time, we are regretful to hear of the guests experience while staying in our property. Our furniture is only expected to be new if the property is also newly published for occupancy. Otherwise if it's an existing property, as all other property listings in Airbnb, the furniture would also be pre existing and used as well. Although we do ensure that all our furniture and appliances are presentable and of great working condition for every time a guest would check in. With regards to the AC, washing machine and WIFI, we have taken note of these complaints when the guest was in house. And we did immediately send a staff to cater to all of the guest’s concerns. Thereafter we did not hear back and concluded that the issue has already been resolved. Our guests are encouraged to notify us immediately for any concerns regarding the property while they are occupying it. We have staff assigned to cater as promptly as possible to any help they need while staying with us until everything is settled for them. The staff attending to our guest upon check in and check out is dependent on our staffing schedule. As much as we understand that it’s more easy to transact with the same person we also have to consider the time and days our staff is scheduled to be on duty, also that we have multiple properties to cater to in a day, from different areas so we cannot guarantee that we can send back the same staff who initially handled the guest. Our information between departments and staff members is well disseminated so there are barely known issues about one staff not being aware of a guests information. Nevertheless, we apologize again for all the inconvenience that it may caused to our guests. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests and we hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Egor back in Phuket soon.

With regards to the electricity, it is disclosed in Airbnb upon booking that it is not included in the rental price. And to be fair and transparent with our guests, during check in our staff will always explain to our guests on how the electricity will be calculated and upon check out, our staff will inform the guests about their electric usage and the corresponding amount to be paid. Note that any guest can check and verify the consumption anytime during their stay as they have access to the electric meter room. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests and we hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Olivia back in Phuket soon.
We are glad that the Guest found the location convenient. Our transfer service are not more expensive than other company but the Guests certainly saw the offer of Van to share with other Guests, which is of course cheaper but takes almost twice the time to reach the property as the Van has to drop other Guests to other residence before reaching theirs. Take in account that our service is private with a driver that will not get lost at destination for not knowing the address. During the check in, we always provide a specific number and email to text / call in case of any issue happening in the property in order to act and solve it as quick as possible. But unfortunately, she did not mention anything about any broken furniture. The electricity consumption level depends on the use of the A/C. We explain to each Guest that if they leave the A/C on the whole day & night, the consumption will be much higher than normal.We would be happy to see Yanfen back to Kamala soon.
